Relationships are key at work. Case in point - the people you work with are likely a big reason you took your role and may be the reason you left your last job. There is the need to draw boundaries between work and home. And this involves saying “no.” You can do this while maintaining positive relationships by evaluating your options, offering alternatives, and asking for help reprioritizing.

HHS Indefinitely Extends Transition Policy for Non-ACA Compliant Plans
